1. Order Processing Time (The 'Making' Time)
Every Ditto Designs order is made with care and attention. Since most of our products are personalised or made to order, processing times vary before your order is dispatched.
- Personalised & Made-to-Order Items: Up to 4 weeks (depending on complexity and current volume). We always aim to dispatch sooner.
- Non-Personalised Items (In Stock): Usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.
- Non-Personalised Items (Out of Stock): Can take up to 4 weeks as the item needs to be made. We aim to dispatch sooner wherever possible.
Important Notes:
- Urgent Orders: If you need an item quickly, please contact us before placing your order. We will always try to help if we can.
- Busy Periods: During peak seasons (like Christmas or Mother's Day), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. UK Delivery Options & Times
We use Royal Mail Tracked services for all UK deliveries, ensuring you receive tracking information and proof of delivery. Our shipping prices are set to align directly with current Royal Mail Tracked service rates.
Delivery Options
- Tracked Delivery: Estimated time is 2–5 working days after dispatch. Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent service.
- Local Collection: Free collection from the Wrexham area only by prior arrangement. We'll email you once your order is ready to collect.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and the current Royal Mail Tracked service rate for your specific order. Any free or discounted delivery offers will be clearly stated at the time of ordering.
4. International Delivery
At present, we primarily deliver within the United Kingdom.
If you wish to place an international order, please contact us first at orders@dittodesigns.co.uk to discuss shipping availability and costs.
5. Delays, Missing Parcels, & Incorrect Addresses
- Shipping Delays: We rely on Royal Mail. Please allow extra time during peak seasons, postal strikes, or unforeseen issues.
- Missing Parcel: If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us. We will work to locate it using the tracking information.
- Lost Parcel: In the rare case a parcel is confirmed lost by the delivery service, a replacement or refund will be offered.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery details. We cannot be held responsible for losses or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Damaged or Faulty Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@dittodesigns.co.uk.
- Please include clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the product.
- Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
